Hulu has NOT worked consistently since I signed up. All your stupid upgrades made it worse and it keeps getting worse. Channels are missing, shows keep freezing up, the channel guide is straight up broken.

I can switch to 720, but why? I don't want to go to lower resolution because of some quirk that Hulu/Roku should fix.
